Helping YOU achieve your goals with expertise, warmth and compassion

As a therapist I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space where you can be seen, heard and understood.

Together we delve and open the door placing one foot in the past and one firmly in the present. I will invite you to creatively make connections to difficult and challenging things that happened in your past to the overwhelming experiences that you hold in the present.

I am here to support you, whether it’s navigating challenges in and out of home, school or work, learning a new skill or becoming more successful and thriving. My approach looks at every aspect of you as an individual without judgement.

From your first contact with me, you’ll feel listened to and understood. Our goal is to go beyond therapy to provide a safe space where everyone who works with me feels comfortable, heard and valued.

Celebrating Your Wonderful Self and Uplifting Your Spirit

Creatively Exploring Trauma, Loss and Grief through the Arts

Hi there, I’m Lucy

It’s so lovely to meet you!

I am a Creative Arts Psychotherapist specialising in Dramatherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and I am a Practitioner becoming certified in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP). I use these three highly effective therapies to help explore things from the past making connections to present difficulties in order to create positive and lasting changes in your lives.

I absolutely love working with children, young people and their families individually and together. I collaborate with families to bring creative therapy activities into daily routines. I also love working with adults individually.

I look forward to supporting you in your journey.

For there is always light, if only we’re brave enough to see it. If only we’re brave enough to be it.

How to get Started

Step One: Fill out an online referral form answering a few questions briefly about your hopes, worries, concerns and dreams for therapy.

Step Two: I will offer you a free 20 minutes video consultation at a suitable day and time that works for you. We will then spend a short time getting to know each other and an opportunity for us both to ask and answer any questions.

Step Three: If we are a suitable match we will set up an initial session in person at my clinic for 50 minutes for an assessment session. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other a little more.

Step Four: Creation of treatment plan where I will suggest which therapeutic intervention will be suitable at this time.
